THE ORGIN STORY: I realized while studying International Relations, the information I was learning was valuable but, not presented in a digestible way for the public. Dishing out Diplomacy began as a title for my capstone on gastrodiplomacy (see the What’s on the Diplomatic Menu? post on the blog to learn more) yet I saw the potential for it to expand to other topics in future. That’s the story.
